Homemade Irish Cream 

Wondering what to bring your host/hostess this New Year's Eve? Here is a super simple recipe for homemade Irish Cream. I reused sterilized bottles from Fresh&Easy sparkling pumpkin cider and printed out cute labels.

Here's the recipe:

1 C. Whipping cream, unwhipped

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 2/3 C. Irish Whiskey

1 t. Instant coffee (I use instant espresso)

2 T. Chocolate syrup

1 1/2 t. Vanilla extract

1 t. Almond extract

Combine all ingredients in blender for 20-30 seconds. Store in tightly sealed containers in fridge. Shake well before using. Enjoy
